By accessing simbapool.com ("Website") or delegating to Simba Pool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Adalion, Simba Pool, and Simba Signals are public-facing names used on this Website. In these Terms, "we" and "our" refer to the operator of the Website and stake pool; the names do not assert a separate legal entity.

2. Description of services

The Website and its operator provide:

  • Cardano stake pool operation services
  • Educational content about Cardano and staking
  • Pool performance statistics and information
  • Community support and resources
  • Technology briefs, reviewed analysis, data tools, and field guides

Important notice: Simba Pool is an independent stake pool operator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Input Output Global (IOG), EMURGO, or the Cardano Foundation.

3. Staking risks and disclaimers

By delegating to our pool, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Staking rewards are not guaranteed and depend on various factors including pool performance, network parameters, and luck
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • You retain full control and ownership of your ADA at all times
  • We never have access to your private keys or funds
  • Cryptocurrency values can be volatile

4. Pool operation

We commit to:

  • Operating our pool with best efforts to maximize uptime and performance
  • Maintaining transparent communication about pool status and changes
  • Following Cardano protocol rules and best practices
  • Providing advance notice of any significant parameter changes when possible

However, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or specific reward rates.

5. User responsibilities

As a user of our services, you are responsible for:

  • Securing your wallet and private keys
  • Understanding how Cardano staking works
  • Making informed decisions about delegation
  • Paying applicable network transaction fees
  • Complying with your local laws and regulations
